As a Humanist Officiant, I am licensed by the Registrar General of Ontario to perform legal, secular, non-religious wedding and funeral ceremonies in Ontario.
I am certified by the Ontario Humanist Society.
I have 3 university degrees—a bachelors degree in biology from the University of Toronto, a bachelors degree in fine art and a masters degree in art and architectural history from Concordia University in Montreal.
I am an artist, administrator and published writer. I am also the author of an e-book titled “Pepper’s Special Wings—A Story About Natural Selection” that teaches evolution to young children (published in Nov. 2012 by the Humanist Press, Washington, D.C.).
I have experience in community theatre, improv comedy, communications and broadcasting.
I am a wife and a mother of two sons. I live in Oakville, Ontario.
Why would I want Mary Anne Farah to officiate my wedding ceremony? I have a passion for weddings. I also recognize that this is YOUR ceremony. It has to be what you want. It has to fit your personality for you to be happy.
